Job summary

Coins.Ph in the Philippines is seeking a results-driven Merchant Acquisition/Business Development professional to grow our merchant base and expand our QR Ph‑compliant payment solutions. You will identify online merchants, present proposals, and lead negotiations to finalize contracts.

Reporting to the Sales team, you will drive partnerships, oversee onboarding, build lasting relationships, and track performance to exceed targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in sales, business development, or merchant acquisition in FinTech/payments/e‑commerce.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills; capable of building trust and closing deals.

Responsibilities

• Grow our merchant base by identifying and engaging online merchants that can benefit from QR Ph‑compliant payment solutions.
• Drive partnerships by conducting product demos and crafting proposals.
• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to deal closing and onboarding.
