Coins.ph in the Philippines is seeking a senior Merchant Acquisition Lead to identify, onboard, and manage strategic accounts across Bohol and Eastern Visayas. You will close high-value deals, negotiate MDRs, and partner with product, tech, and operations to ensure smooth onboarding.

This role requires 4–7 years in merchant acquisition or account management, a track record of exceeding targets, and willingness to travel within the region.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business or related field.
• 4–7 years in merchant acquisition, business development, or account management.
• Proven experience closing high-value deals and managing a large portfolio.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, including senior stakeholder negotiations.
• Willingness to travel extensively within region (Bohol and Eastern Visayas).

Responsibilities

• Identify, approach, and onboard new merchants onto our payment services across Bohol and Eastern Visayas.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing merchants to drive usage and retention.
• Lead negotiations on merchant discount rates and service agreements for high-value deals.
• Collaborate with product, tech, and operations to support onboarding and integration.
• Serve as the senior point of contact for merchant queries and escalations.
