Job summary

NBBT Transporter Corp. is seeking a Senior Account Executive to expand our client base and strengthen existing relationships in the logistics sector.

The role focuses on acquiring trucking and transportation accounts, delivering reliable service, and driving growth through proactive client engagement. Responsibilities include client visits, proposals, and coordinating with Operations to meet service requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Logistics, or related field.
• At least three years of experience in sales, business development, or account management.
• Experience in trucking, freight forwarding, distribution, transportation, or logistics is strongly preferred.
• Proven ability to develop new accounts and maintain long-term client relationships.
• Existing network of logistics or corporate clients is an advantage.
• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
• Organized, self-motivated, and capable of working independently in the field.
• Willing to conduct regular client visits and fieldwork.
• Willing to report to the Cainta office twice a week.

Responsibilities

• Identify, approach, and acquire new clients requiring trucking, logistics, distribution, or transportation services.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing accounts.
• Conduct client visits, presentations, meetings, and service discussions.
• Prepare proposals, quotations, and service agreements based on client requirements.
• Coordinate closely with the Operations Team to ensure proper handling of client bookings and service requirements.
• Monitor active accounts and respond promptly to client concerns.
• Follow up on submitted proposals and potential business opportunities.
• Maintain updated client records, sales activities, and account status reports.
• Meet assigned sales and account development targets.
• Monitor market opportunities and recommend possible areas for business expansion.
• Perform other related duties that may be assigned.
