You will manage a portfolio of key clients with complex freight needs and lead tailored proposals and pricing. You will negotiate contracts, collaborate with operations, dispatch, and finance to ensure seamless delivery, and mentor junior reps while maintaining accurate CRM data and forecasts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, Logistics, or related field.
• 4–5 years of sales experience in logistics, freight forwarding, or related B2B industries.
• Proven track record in handling large accounts and exceeding sales targets.
• Strong knowledge of cargo operations, warehousing, trucking, and freight solutions.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Proficient with MS Office and CRM tools.

Responsibilities

• Identify, develop, and secure new high-value accounts in logistics, e-commerce, manufacturing, and retail sectors.
• Manage and grow a portfolio of key clients with large-scale freight and cargo needs.
• Develop customized proposals, pricing strategies, and presentations tailored to client logistics requirements.
• Lead contract negotiations and strategic account planning to ensure long-term client retention.
• Collaborate closely with operations, dispatch, and finance to ensure seamless execution of client solutions.
• Monitor and analyze account performance, sales metrics, and client satisfaction to drive continuous improvement.
• Mentor and support junior account executives as needed, promoting a high-performance sales culture.
• Maintain accurate pipeline data, forecasts, and sales reports in CRM systems.
• Represent the company in client meetings, trade events, and industry networking opportunities.
