Qualifications

• At least 4–5 years of sales experience in logistics, freight forwarding, or related B2B industries.
• Proven track record in handling large accounts and exceeding sales targets.
• Strong knowledge of cargo operations, warehousing, trucking, and freight solutions.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Tech-savvy, with strong skills in MS Office.
• Professional demeanor and strong customer relationship management skills.
• With valid driver’s license, willing to travel to client sites when needed.

Responsibilities

• Identify, develop, and secure new high-value accounts in logistics, e-commerce, manufacturing, and retail sectors.
• Manage and grow a portfolio of key clients with large-scale freight and cargo needs.
• Develop customized proposals, pricing strategies, and presentations tailored to client logistics requirements.
• Lead contract negotiations and strategic account planning for long-term client retention.
• Collaborate closely with operations, dispatch, and finance for seamless execution of client solutions.
• Monitor and analyze account performance and client satisfaction to drive continuous improvement.
• Mentor and support junior account executives as needed.
• Maintain accurate pipeline data, forecasts, and sales reports in CRM systems.
• Represent the company in client meetings and industry networking opportunities.
