Job summary

GECO Asia Pte. Ltd. is seeking a driven Sales Leader to coach a inside sales team and push revenue growth. You will oversee outbound prospecting, deal closing, and act as a sales SME, guiding cross-functional collaboration to ensure a seamless customer journey.

The role requires 3+ years B2B sales and 2+ years leadership, with strong coaching, English communication, and CRM proficiency. This is an onsite position in BGC, Taguig with graveyard shift (11:00 PM–8:00 AM PHT).

Qualifications

• 3+ years of B2B sales experience, including outbound prospecting and negotiation.

Responsibilities

• Lead the sales team in achieving and exceeding revenue goals
• Drive new business development through outbound prospecting and deal closing
• Serve as a sales subject matter expert, sharing best practices and guidance
• Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless customer journey
• Manage, mentor, and develop a team of Inside Sales Representatives
• Conduct regular coaching sessions, performance reviews, and one-on-one meetings
• Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement
• Provide constructive feedback and support team development
• Establish clear KPIs, sales goals, and career growth pathways
• Create individualized development plans for team members
• Implement strategies to improve performance, productivity, and engagement
• Oversee pipeline management, forecasting, and CRM accuracy
• Monitor sales performance metrics and identify growth opportunities
• Optimize processes and workflows to improve efficiency and scalability
