GECO Asia Pte. Ltd is seeking a Sales Team Lead to oversee an inside sales team in BGC, Taguig, with 100% onsite setup and night shift hours (11:00 PM – 8:00 AM PHT). You will mentor reps, drive outbound prospecting, and coordinate with Marketing to optimize campaigns.

The role emphasizes coaching, KPI monitoring, CRM accuracy, and cross-functional collaboration to enhance customer experience and revenue growth.

Qualifications

2+ years of B2B inside sales experience including outbound calling and negotiation.
2+ years of supervisory or people management experience.
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
Strong coaching, performance management, and conflict resolution abilities.
Experience using CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar tools.
Strong objection handling and customer engagement skills.

Responsibilities

Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Inside Sales Representatives.
Conduct regular coaching sessions, performance reviews, and one-on-one meetings.
Monitor team KPIs and implement strategies for continuous improvement.
Lead outbound prospecting and client acquisition activities.
Partner with Marketing and Sales teams to execute lead generation campaigns.
Support negotiations and deal closures when needed.
Maintain accurate CRM records and sales pipeline forecasts.
Identify process improvements to enhance team performance and efficiency.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer and operational concerns.
Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports.
Analyze sales metrics to identify trends, opportunities, and coaching needs.
