Job summary

TigerUX is seeking a Sales Lead for BPO/B2B sales in the Philippines. The role involves leading and coaching inside sales reps, driving KPI performance, and supporting deal closures while maintaining CRM accuracy.

Team leadership and a strong English skillset are essential for success in a fast-paced startup environment. Ideal candidates hold a bachelor’s degree, 2+ years in B2B inside sales, and 2+ years supervising teams of five or more reps, with proficiency in Salesforce, HubSpot, and Google

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or related field (preferred).
• Excellent spoken English with a clear, neutral accent.
• Strong communication and objection-handling skills.
• Proven ability to lead high-stakes calls and coach reps to achieve results.
• Minimum of 2 years of B2B inside sales experience.
• At least 2 years of supervisory experience leading teams of five or more reps against KPIs.
• Proficiency in CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot) and Google Workspace.
• Ability to independently analyze and interpret KPI data.
• Experience growing and scaling sales teams or processes.
• Adaptable in a fast-paced startup environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead, train, and coach Inside Sales Representatives.
• Drive KPI performance through coaching, reviews, and action plans.
• Generate new business through outbound prospecting and support sales/marketing initiatives.
• Assist with deal closures and maintain accurate CRM records.
• Identify and implement process improvements to boost performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and escalations.
• Analyze sales performance data and provide insights for coaching and strategy.
