Job summary

OptiHR Business Solutions Inc. in Taguig is seeking a customer-focused Sales Manager for our showroom. This full-time, on-site role involves guiding customers through product demos, closing sales, and growing the business through relationships and new opportunities.

You will manage inquiries and appointments, use CRM to keep data current, and work toward sales targets. EV knowledge is welcome but not required; weekend availability may be needed.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales, retail, or customer-facing roles.
• Confidence in approaching prospects and creating opportunities beyond showroom walk-ins.
• Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building abilities.
• A customer-first mindset with drive to meet sales targets.
• Ability to learn new products and explain features clearly.
• Comfort using a CRM or other digital tools.
• Willing to learn about electric vehicles; EV experience is not required.
• Willing to work on-site in BGC, Taguig on a rotating schedule including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers, understand needs, and recommend options.
• Present products, conduct demonstrations, and guide buying process.
• Manage inquiries, appointments, and follow-ups through to sale.
• Identify and reach out to potential customers, businesses, and referral partners.
• Build relationships generating leads, repeat business and referrals.
• Keep sales activity and CRM data up to date.
• Work toward individual sales and business development targets.
• Maintain a professional and welcoming showroom.
