Job summary

HGS is seeking an Inside Sales Representative in the Philippines to engage prospects via email, phone calls, and LinkedIn, remotely and with onsite options. The role focuses on lead generation for the external sales team and requires strong communication and data research skills.

The position reports to the Business Development Manager and involves night shifts, on-site work at Zeta Tower/Quezon City, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to drive appointments and sales opportunities.

• Experience in Leads Generation with proficiency in tools/applications used to generate leads
• Basic understanding of technical programs such as software & data management is preferred

Responsibilities

• Prospecting, generating, qualifying, processing and following up on leads for the external sales team
• Make outgoing calls to develop new business
• Direct email marketing to key clients and prospects
• Research and maintain lead generation database
• Conduct customer research
• Drive leads and online traffic with web-based activities
• Conduct client or market surveys to obtain potential leads
• Prepare proposals and sales presentations
• Provide concise internal and external communications
• Develop strong knowledge of the company’s products and services to facilitate sales
• Achieve sales lead gen and appointment quotas
