Job summary

UpraisIT is seeking an experienced Outbound Sales Team Leader to lead and coach a growing international B2B sales team targeting new businesses and SMBs across the US, UK, Australia, New Zealand, and Europe. The role is 100% onsite in Ortigas, with rotating shifts aligned to international markets.

You will drive performance, coach agents, and ensure CRM discipline while collaborating with management on strategy and campaigns. A hands-on leader with strong English communication is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience as Team Leader or Supervisor in B2B outbound sales is required.
• Proven ability to coach a sales team toward KPIs and targets.
• Strong English communication and leadership skills.
• Experience with outbound sales, lead qualification, objection handling, and sales conversion.
• Comfortable dealing with international B2B markets and business decision-makers.
• Results-driven, analytical, and capable of identifying performance gaps and implementing corrective actions.
• Willing to work 100% onsite in Ortigas and rotate/work different shifts depending on assigned international market (US, UK, AU/NZ, or EU).

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and manage a team of B2B Outbound Sales Representatives.
• Drive team performance across high-volume outbound calling and sales conversion.
• Monitor daily activities, calls, leads, conversions, and sales KPIs.
• Conduct regular call monitoring, coaching sessions, and performance reviews.
• Support agents in objection handling, prospect qualification, and closing opportunities.
• Ensure accurate CRM usage, lead management, and sales reporting.
• Work closely with management on sales strategy, messaging, target markets, and campaign improvements.
• Motivate the team and maintain a high-performance, results-driven sales environment.
