Job summary

MicroSourcing International is seeking an Inside Sales Representative - Inbound (Senior) for a hybrid, night-shift role in the Philippines. You will convert qualified inbound inquiries into profitable customer relationships by understanding waste streams, service requirements, locations, volumes, and compliance needs.

Respond to leads and prepare quotes with approved pricing. Work with a schedule aligned to U.S.

Qualifications

• At least two years of experience in inbound sales or a customer-facing role.
• Strong consultative questioning and ability to identify appropriate service solutions.
• Excellent spoken and written English for US-based customers.
• Experience using CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to inbound calls, website inquiries, referrals, marketing campaigns, and other leads.
• Qualify prospects by assessing location, facilities, waste streams, pickup frequency, volume, container needs, current provider, contract status, and decision timeline.
• Identify needs in regulated waste, sharps, hazardous waste, and compliance training, directing to Compliance as needed.
• Confirm service locations fall within the company's service area and obtain Operations approval for nonstandard requests.
• Prepare quotes and proposals using approved pricing, terms, surcharges, and templates.
• Maintain CRM records of leads, opportunities, activities, quotes, and forecasts.
• Coordinate onboarding handoffs with Customer Service, Operations, Billing, and Implementation after sales approval.
• Avoid unapproved commitments on service dates, pricing, or compliance interpretations.
• Identify cross-selling opportunities and share market feedback with Sales/Marketing leaders.
• Assist with data entry and admin projects as needed.
