Job summary

MicroSourcing is seeking an experienced Inside Sales Representative - Outbound (Senior) to convert qualified inbound inquiries into profitable customer relationships. You will assess waste streams, locations, volumes, and compliance needs, and respond promptly to leads while maintaining professional communication with US-based customers.

You will coordinate pricing, prepare quotes, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to onboard new clients.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years in inbound sales, business development, or a customer-facing role.
• Excellent spoken and written English for US-based customers.
• Strong telephone, written communication, follow-up, and organizational skills.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and basic waste- or service- language is a plus.
• Able to learn service offerings, pricing rules, and onboarding processes.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to inbound calls, website inquiries, referrals, and marketing leads.
• Qualify prospects by location, facility type, waste streams, and decision timelines.
• Identify needs in regulated waste, hazardous waste, and compliance training.
• Confirm service locations fall within the service area and obtain approvals for nonstandard needs.
• Prepare quotes and proposals using approved pricing and contracts.
• Follow up with prospects and maintain CRM records for leads and forecasts.
• Coordinate onboarding handoffs with Ops, Billing, and Implementation after sales approval.
• Represent services accurately and avoid unapproved commitments on dates or pricing.
• Identify cross-sell opportunities and share market feedback with Sales/Marketing.
• Assist with data entry and administrative tasks as needed.
