Responsibilities

• Respond to inbound calls, inquiries, referrals, and campaigns promptly.
• Qualify prospects by location, waste streams, and service needs.
• Coordinate pricing, quotes, and serviceability reviews.
• Prepare quotes and proposals using approved pricing and templates.
• Maintain accurate records in the CRM for leads and opportunities.
• Coordinate onboarding handoffs with internal teams after sales approval.
• Avoid unapproved commitments and clearly communicate service capabilities.
• Identify cross-sell opportunities and provide market feedback.
