Qualifications

• At least two years in inbound sales, business development, or customer-facing roles.
• Strong consultative questioning to understand customer requirements.
• Excellent spoken and written English for US-based customers.
• Solid experience using CRM and Office applications.
• Ability to learn service offerings and pricing rules quickly.
• Detail-oriented with strong record-keeping for quotes and sales data.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to inbound calls, website inquiries, referrals, and marketing leads.
• Qualify prospects by location, waste streams, volumes, and timelines.
• Identify needs in regulated waste areas and route to compliance as needed.
• Confirm service locations and obtain Operations approval for nonstandard requests.
• Prepare quotes and proposals using approved pricing and templates.
• Coordinate onboarding handoffs with Operations, Billing, and Customer Service.
• Maintain CRM records for leads, opportunities, quotes, and forecasts.
