Job summary

MangoJob is seeking an HR Supervisor to oversee daily HR operations in the Philippines. The role will manage recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, attendance, records, payroll coordination, and performance management while guiding the HR team.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree in HR/related field and at least 3 years of HR experience, with strong leadership and communication skills. This on-site position offers opportunities to implement company policies and drive HR initiatives.

Responsibilities

Supervise and guide the daily activities of the HR team.
Handle recruitment, onboarding, regularization, employee movement, and offboarding processes.
Maintain accurate employee records, contracts, personnel files, and HR documentation.
Monitor attendance, leaves, employee movements, and other HR-related records.
Coordinate employee information and attendance data required for payroll processing.
Handle employee concerns, disciplinary documentation, and employee relations matters.
Implement and communicate company HR policies, procedures, and workplace rules.
Support performance evaluations and improvement plans.
Coordinate with department heads regarding manpower requirements and employee concerns.
Prepare regular HR reports and provide updates to management.
Support employee training, engagement, and retention activities.
Ensure HR procedures are followed and information handled confidentially.
