This on-site role in Pateros requires strategic thinking, strong people leadership, and hands-on management of policies, recruitment, compensation, and compliance.

The ideal candidate will have 5–8 years of progressive HR experience, including at least 2 years in HR management, and deep knowledge of Philippine labor practices.

• Lead recruitment, employee relations, compensation, benefits, learning, records, and compliance.
• Advise management on workforce risks, organization, performance, and employee matters.
• Manage the HR team, budget, vendors, and statutory requirements.
• Review HR metrics and implement improvements in retention, productivity, and employee experience.
