The role requires 3–5 years of HR leadership, a Bachelor's degree, and strong knowledge of Philippine HR practices. On-site in Pateros, the position offers stability and opportunities to drive people programs within the company.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in HR, Psychology, Business Administration or related field preferred
• 3–5 years HR experience including supervisory/leadership responsibility
• Previous HR supervisory, team leadership or senior HR experience is required
• Good knowledge of Philippine HR practices and employee documentation
• Strong leadership, confidentiality, communication and problem-solving
• Proficient in HR systems and Microsoft Office

Responsibilities

• Assign work and monitor HR staff performance and deadlines
• Review employee records, onboarding, attendance, benefits, and HR reports
• Support employee relations cases and policy implementation
• Coordinate manpower and HR concerns with department supervisors
• Coach junior HR staff and improve process consistency
