Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated is seeking a Senior Facilities Coordinator in the Philippines to lead end-to-end facility work order processing, manage CMMS workflows, and coordinate with vendors and site leadership. The role requires 5+ years in facilities coordination, strong organizational and communication skills, and proficiency with Corrigo/ServiceNow/Maximo.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Associate's degree in Facilities Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years in facilities coordination, administration, or customer service operations in corporate or commercial environments.
• Hands-on experience with CMMS / work order tracking software (Corrigo, ServiceNow, or Maximo).
• Strong organizational, time-management, multitasking abilities with a track record of handling escalations.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management with strong customer service orientation.
• Proficiency in Google/Microsoft Office Suite for data tracking, document creation, and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end processing and tracking of facility work orders and service requests in CMMS/Corrigo, ensuring SLAs.
• Lead coordination for preventive and corrective maintenance, vendor site access, and contractor activities.
• Serve as primary escalation point for complex facilities inquiries and occupant concerns.
• Manage vendor performance monitoring, service quality audits, and compliance documentation.
• Support financial tracking, accruals review, invoice verification, and FM management.
• Lead regular site walkthroughs and quality inspections for maintenance issues and safety hazards.
• Coordinate space management tasks, meeting room setups, and minor office moves.
• Provide guidance, task delegation, and mentorship to Facilities Coordinators.
