Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated in the Philippines seeks a Technical Facilities Coordinator to oversee site operations, deliver preventive and reactive maintenance, and optimize energy use and building systems in partnership with the regional team.

You will lead a focused team, build strong vendor relationships, ensure health, safety and environmental compliance, and provide regular reports on facility performance, maintenance activities and budget adherence.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Facilities Management or related field preferred.
• Strong written and spoken English.
• Extensive experience in built environment with HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and general handyman tasks.
• Experience in a coordination role is advantageous.
• Ability to meet performance targets and work independently.

Responsibilities

• Deliver on-site facilities management and maintenance services.
• Supervise minor and major works to ensure quality.
• Coordinate vendors, obtain quotes, and manage service contracts.
• Maintain records of maintenance activities and warranties.
• Provide management with regular performance reports and budget adherence.
• Ensure health, safety, and environmental regulations are followed.
• Communicate with owners, tenants, and stakeholders.
