Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Associate degree in Facilities Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in facilities coordination, administration, or customer service operations in corporate/commercial settings.
• Hands-on experience with CMMS/work order tracking software (Corrigo, ServiceNow, Maximo).
• Strong organizational, time-management, and multitasking abilities with proven escalation handling.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end processing and tracking of facility work orders in CMMS, ensuring SLA adherence.
• Lead coordination for preventive and corrective maintenance, site access, and contractor activities.
• Serve as primary escalation point for complex facilities inquiries and occupant concerns.
• Monitor vendor performance, service quality audits, and compliance documentation.
• Support financial tracking, accruals review, invoice verification, and FM management.
• Lead site walkthroughs and quality inspections for maintenance issues and safety hazards.
• Coordinate space management, meeting room setups, and minor office moves.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to Facilities Coordinators.
