Job summary

PT Talenta Eksekutif Asia is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to drive enterprise growth across the Philippines and Southeast Asia. The role focuses on strategic account development, engaging senior and C-level stakeholders, and managing long, high-value sales cycles for AI-powered SaaS solutions.

You will own the end-to-end sales process and collaborate with Product, Customer Success, Marketing, and Pre-Sales teams.

Qualifications

Experience managing enterprise sales cycles of 6 months or longer.
Proven success in selling enterprise SaaS solutions to senior and C-level stakeholders.
Proven ability to own the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing.

Responsibilities

Develop and manage strategic enterprise accounts across the Philippines and Southeast Asia.
Engage senior and C-level stakeholders and translate business needs into AI-powered SaaS solutions.
Lead end-to-end sales cycle: prospecting, qualification, product demos, proposals, negotiation, closing.
Create customized proposals and pitch materials aligned to client requirements and local market dynamics.
Maintain a healthy pipeline with accurate CRM updates and regular deal forecasts.
