Job summary

PT Talenta Eksekutif Asia is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to drive enterprise growth across the Philippines and Southeast Asia. You will own the end-to-end sales cycle, engaging senior and C-level stakeholders, and positioning AI-powered SaaS solutions to meet client business needs.

You will collaborate with Product, Customer Success, Marketing, and Pre-Sales teams to deliver proposals, negotiations, and closes, while managing long cycles and high-value opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, Technology, or related field.
• 7–12 years in B2B Sales/Business Development, enterprise SaaS or complex digital products.
• Experience managing enterprise sales cycles of 6 months+ and high-value deals USD 100,000+.
• Experience selling enterprise software or SaaS solutions such as HR systems, CPD platforms, or SFA.
• Proven track record owning the complete sales cycle and delivering BD results.
• Experience engaging C-level stakeholders and senior management.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage strategic enterprise accounts across the Philippines and Southeast Asia.
• Build relationships with senior and C-level stakeholders and understand business requirements.
• Manage the complete enterprise sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
• Identify and prioritize new business opportunities through outbound and inbound sales strategies.
• Position AI-powered SaaS and enterprise tech solutions based on client challenges.
• Manage long sales cycles of 6+ months with high-value opportunities (USD 100,000+).
• Develop customized proposals, presentations, and pitch materials.
• Maintain a healthy sales pipeline, CRM accuracy, and regular forecasts.
• Coordinate with Product, Customer Success, Marketing, and Pre-Sales teams for successful sales.
