Job summary

MatchaTalent is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to drive enterprise growth across the Philippines and Southeast Asia. The role targets senior and C-level engagements, managing long sales cycles and high-value USD 100,000+ opportunities, with AI-powered SaaS solutions.

You will own end-to-end sales from prospecting to closing, collaborating with Product, Customer Success, Marketing and Pre-Sales to ensure client success and strategic account development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, Technology, or related field.
• 7–12 years of experience in B2B Sales or Business Development, preferably in enterprise SaaS or complex digital products.
• Experience managing enterprise sales cycles of 6+ months and high-value USD 100k+ deals.
• Proven track record selling enterprise software or SaaS solutions to senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develop strategic enterprise accounts across the Philippines and Southeast Asia.
• Engage senior and C-level stakeholders and manage long sales cycles.
• Lead end‑to‑end sales processes: prospecting, demos, proposals, negotiation, and closing.
• Collaborate with Product, Customer Success, Marketing and Pre-Sales to drive outcomes.
• Maintain a healthy pipeline with accurate CRM updates and regular forecasts.
