PT Talenta Eksekutif Asia is seeking a commercially driven Business Development Executive to drive new enterprise SaaS opportunities across Southeast Asia. You will identify target accounts, engage mid-to-senior stakeholders, and lead full sales cycles from prospecting to closing while collaborating with Product, Customer Success, Marketing, and Pre-Sales teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, management, technology or related field.
• 2–5+ years in B2B sales or business development, enterprise SaaS or digital products.
• Experience managing long enterprise sales cycles (6+ months) with high‑value deals.
• Experience selling enterprise software/SaaS such as HR systems or CRM platforms.
• Proven track record owning full sales cycles from prospecting to closing.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent English and local language; comfortable working remotely.
• MBA or postgraduate qualification is an advantage.

Responsabilités

• Identify and prioritize enterprise accounts across Southeast Asia.
• Manage end-to-end B2B sales cycle: prospecting, demos, proposals, negotiation, closing.
• Present AI-powered SaaS and enterprise tech solutions to clients.
• Collaborate with Product, Customer Success, Marketing and Pre-Sales teams.
• Develop tailored sales materials based on local market dynamics.
• Maintain a healthy pipeline and accurate CRM updates.
• Build long-term relationships with enterprise clients through value creation.
