Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business-related field; MBA is an advantage.
• 2–5+ years in B2B sales or business development for enterprise software/SaaS.
• Experience managing long enterprise sales cycles and high-value deals.
• Fluent English and local language proficiency; strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify and target enterprise accounts across Southeast Asia.
• Lead outbound/inbound prospecting and qualify opportunities.
• Deliver product demos, proposals, and negotiate with stakeholders.
• Manage end-to-end sales cycle with cross-functional teams.
• Maintain CRM updates and provide pipeline visibility.
• Cultivate long-term relationships with enterprise clients.
