Job summary

PT Talenta Eksekutif Asia is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to drive enterprise growth across the Philippines and Southeast Asia. You will identify strategic accounts, engage senior stakeholders, and manage complex sales cycles to position AI-powered SaaS solutions for enterprise clients.

The role requires owning the entire sales process from prospecting to closing, coordinating with Product, Customer Success, Marketing, and Pre-Sales teams, and building long-term client

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Management, Technology, or related field.
• 7–12 years B2B sales or business development experience in enterprise SaaS or tech.
• Proven track record in managing 6+ month enterprise sales cycles and USD 100,000+ deals.
• Experience selling enterprise software or SaaS solutions (HR systems, CDP, SFA, or similar).

Responsibilities

• Drive enterprise growth across the Philippines and Southeast Asia.
• Engage senior and C-level stakeholders and manage long sales cycles.
• Own end-to-end sales process: prospecting, demos, proposals, negotiation, closing.
