Job summary

MatchaTalent seeks an experienced Business Development Manager to drive enterprise growth across the Philippines and Southeast Asia. You will own end-to-end sales, engaging senior and C-level stakeholders, and positioning AI-powered SaaS solutions to align with client goals.

The role requires 7–12 years in B2B SaaS sales, strong negotiation skills, and fluency in English and Tagalog. Remote work from Manila with occasional on-site client meetings and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, Technology, or related field.
• 7–12 years in B2B Sales/Business Development, preferably enterprise SaaS.
• Experience managing enterprise sales cycles of 6+ months and USD 100,000+ deals.
• Proven track record selling enterprise software or SaaS solutions.
• Fluent in Tagalog and English, written and spoken.
• Willingness to occasionally join on-site client meetings.

Responsibilities

• Drive enterprise growth across the Philippines and Southeast Asia.
• Identify and develop strategic enterprise accounts with C-level engagement.
• Own end-to-end sales cycles: prospecting, demos, proposals, negotiation, closing.
• Develop customized proposals and pitch materials for clients.
• Maintain CRM accuracy, forecast sales and manage pipeline.
• Collaborate with Product, Marketing, CS, and Pre-Sales for deals.
