Job summary

MatchaTalent in Manila is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to drive enterprise growth across the Philippines and Southeast Asia, focusing on long sales cycles and high-value AI-powered SaaS opportunities.

You will own the end-to-end sales process from prospecting to closing, engage senior and C-level stakeholders, and coordinate with Product, Customer Success, Marketing and Pre-Sales teams to deliver tailored solutions and win USD 100k+ deals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, Technology, or related field
• MBA or relevant postgraduate qualification preferred
• 7–12 years of experience in B2B Sales or Business Development, enterprise SaaS or complex digital products
• Proven experience managing enterprise sales cycles of 6 months or longer and deals USD 100,000+

Responsibilities

• Drive enterprise growth across the Philippines and Southeast Asia.
• Own end-to-end sales from prospecting through closing for AI-powered SaaS solutions.
• Engage senior and C-level stakeholders and coordinate with Product, Customer Success, Marketing, and Pre-Sales teams.
