Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics/Supply Chain preferred (or college undergraduate acceptable).
• Fluent in English and Spanish (verbal and written).
• Minimum 2 years in Sales Support/Customer Service or similar.
• Experience in account management and delivering customer-focused solutions.
• Strong communication skills and commercial awareness.
• Proficient with MS Office programs (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• WFO site-based; night shift availability.
• Willing to work in Pasig City.

Responsibilities

• Develop customer relationships to promote retention and loyalty.
• Support Area Sales and other functions to drive customer outcomes with Maersk solutions.
• Ensure clients receive full value and timely contract/renewal handling.
• Collaborate with teams across functions and countries on campaigns and reporting.
• Assist management with day-to-day team needs and special projects.
