Maersk is seeking a customer service-focused professional to support end-to-end shipments from our Pasig City site. You will collaborate with internal teams and customers to meet SLAs, manage relationships, and drive improvements in logistics processes.

Ideal candidates bring 2+ years in shipping/logistics customer support, strong MS Office skills, and fluency in Spanish and English, with readiness for a mid-shift, site-based role in Pasig.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in logistics/supply chain or related field; college undergrad acceptable.
• Fluent in Spanish and English (verbal and written).
• Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service support within shipping/logistics or related ops.
• Proficient in MS Office programs (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).

• Meet relevant SLAs and customer KPIs consistently.
• Coordinate end-to-end shipments with internal and external stakeholders.
• Act as customer advocate and primary point of contact.
• Develop deep understanding of customers’ businesses, priorities and pain points.
