Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Sales Support or Customer Support.
• Experience in account management execution and building customer relationships.
• Commercial knowledge and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Supports Client Managers and builds long-term customer relationships.
• Monitors progress against goals and drives adoption and value.
• Resolves customer challenges by coordinating with relevant teams.
• Supports contract renewals, tender handling, and contract management.
• Works with frontline sales on account planning and marketing strategies.
• Communicates service or rate changes to accounts and handles sales tasks.
