Job summary

Maersk in Pasig City is seeking a driven Sales Support/Customer Service professional to develop customer relationships, support Area Sales teams, and ensure customers realize expected business outcomes with Maersk solutions.

You will manage contract renewals, coordinate with multiple functions, and assist with day-to-day team needs, special projects, and reporting. Night shift and site-based office setup are required, with Pasig as your location.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics/Supply Chain related fields preferred or any course.
• Fluent in Spanish and English Language in verbal and written.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Sales Support/Customer Service Support within similar area of expertise.
• Account management execution/building customer relationships.
• Commercial knowledge.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Understanding how it solves different customer pains.
• Must be proficient in MS Office programs such as Excel, Word, and Outlook and Powerpoint.
• Amenable to work on night shift and WFO (Work From Office) Site-Based set up.
• Open to work in Pasig City.

Responsibilities

• Developing customer relationships that promote retention and loyalty.
• Support Area Sales/other functions in service centers (GSC) Team to ensure customers achieve business outcomes.
• Build long-term trusting relationships with customers to realize full value from Maersk solutions.
• Assess customer progress toward goals and drive adoption, usage, business value, friction, and relationships.
• Resolve customer challenges by leveraging resources from across the company.
• Manage the CAT allocation process and coordinate with customers to ensure commitments are met.
• Handle ocean & logistics contract renewals / tendering with cross-functional support.
• Coordinate with front-line sales for account planning, goals, and marketing strategies.
• Escalate issues to management timely; back up Senior Customer Success Partners during absence.
• Assist with day-to-day team needs, special projects, training, and reporting.
