Job summary

RCBC in Cagayan de Oro is seeking a Commercial Loans Officer to generate new credit facilities and manage a growing loan portfolio.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Economics, Business, Accounting, or Commerce.
• Post-graduate degree (MBA, MA) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conducts credit evaluation of accounts, including client calls and ocular inspections.
• Recommends establishment of credit facilities by analyzing client business, financial capacity, management, collateral, and profitability.
• Improves the quality of the loan portfolio and aims to maximize return on resources.
• Solicits credit-worthy accounts by identifying target markets and marketing bank products and services.
• Develops existing portfolio by annual review of facilities and expanding relationships with prime accounts.
