Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any field is required.
• At least 5 years of sales experience; branch sales is preferred.
• Experience in field work, new client acquisition, and client management.
• Willing to be assigned to any branches within the Region.

Responsibilities

• Maintains a proactive and firm stance against competition, market conditions and other external factors.
• Builds stronger relationships with existing customers through regular visits and reviews.
• Establishes strong synergy with partner units to drive cross-sells.
• Profiles prospects by assessing their financial status to address needs.
• Solicits new-to-bank customers by presenting bank products as solutions.
• Performs other related tasks as assigned.
