Security Bank Corporation is seeking a Branch Sales Officer to drive sales and address client needs across branches. You will roll out sales strategies, manage relationships with customers, and ensure cross-sell opportunities are maximized in a competitive market.

You will be mobile, willing to work at various branches within the region, and maintain a proactive stance to grow the bank's client base while delivering on targets and maintaining customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Graduate of any Bachelor’s Degree course.
• At least 5 years strong sales experience in any industry; branch sales experience preferred.
• Willing to be mobile and assigned to branches within the region as needed.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales strategies and activities to meet business targets.
• Build relationships with existing customers through visits and reviews.
• Collaborate with partner units to enable cross-sells.
• Profile prospects to address client needs and maximize potential.
• Solicit new to bank customers by presenting bank products and services.
• Handle other related tasks as assigned.
