Job summary

Security Bank in the Philippines seeks a Branch Sales Officer to drive business by rolling out sales strategies and meeting banking needs of the targeted market segment. You will match client needs with our products and services through proactive engagement and cross-sell initiatives.

The role requires 5+ years of sales experience, preferably with branch sales exposure, and mobility to work across branches within the region. A Bachelor's degree is required.

• Branch sales experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a proactive stance against competition, market conditions and external factors to address threats and maximize strengths and opportunities.
• Build stickier relationships with existing customers through regular visits and review of their financial condition to expand business prospects.
• Establish strong synergy with partner units to achieve cross-sell success.
• Profile prospects accurately through assessment of their financial status and capabilities to address client needs and maximize potential.
• Solicit new-to-bank customers by presenting the bank’s products and services as solutions to client needs.
• Perform other related tasks as assigned.
