Job summary

ECC International is seeking a Business Development Manager in Makati to lead B2B sales, grow client accounts, and drive revenue through proactive strategy and cross-functional collaboration. You will coach a sales team, analyze markets, and present tailored proposals to clients.

The role requires strong negotiation, relationship-building, and KPI-driven performance in a hybrid work setup in Makati City.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Marketing, or a related field.
At least 7 years of experience in B2B sales and account management.
At least 2 years of experience leading and managing a sales team.
Proven track record in acquiring new customers and meeting sales targets.
Strong account management and KPI monitoring capabilities.
Technical knowledge of or experience in the consultancy industry is an advantage.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute sales strategies that support the company’s goals and objectives.
Lead, coach, and guide the sales team to improve performance and meet targets.
Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify growth opportunities.
