Job summary

TigerUX in Metro Manila is seeking a Senior Sales Manager to lead the B2B sales efforts, design go-to-market strategies, and grow the client portfolio. You will coach a regional sales team, collaborate with product and marketing, and close high-value deals.

The role requires 7+ years in B2B sales, strong relationship skills, and ability to travel for client visits. On-site in some days with WFH on others; providing insurance and benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Marketing, or a related field.
• At least 7 years of experience in B2B sales and account management.
• At least 2 years of experience leading and managing a sales team.
• Proven track record of customer acquisition, achieving sales targets, and driving revenue growth.
• Strong experience in account management, client relationship building, and KPI performance monitoring.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Lead, coach, and support the sales team to achieve targets and improve performance.
• Identify growth opportunities through market, competitor, and customer insights.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to implement sales initiatives.
• Manage sales forecasts, pipeline performance, and KPI reporting.
• Drive new B2B business opportunities and expand the client portfolio.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
• Create and deliver tailored sales proposals and presentations.
• Negotiate and close deals to achieve revenue targets.
• Manage client accounts, ensure customer satisfaction, and identify opportunities for account growth and long-term partnerships.
