Job summary

Concentrix Philippines seeks a Sr. Manager, B2B Sales to oversee multiple teams driving revenue growth. You will lead a sales force, manage onboarding, adoption, health checks, and renewals, and build strategic client relationships with Sales Director and external clients.

Ideal candidate has 8+ years in inside sales with 5+ in leadership, plus experience selling tech/SaaS and a proven track record in hunting and farming sales. This role is based in Makati, Philippines, and full-time.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of inside sales experience with 5 years as an inside sales manager.
• 5+ years of people leadership, team leadership, or mentoring experience.
• Experience selling to Filipino clients or working in the Philippines is preferred.
• Sales and Sales Management experience in technology, IT, SaaS, or HC/Consulting.
• Track record in both hunting and farming sales.
• Expertise in scaling businesses in a high-growth market.
• Willingness to coach and guide team members to improve sales skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the team to achieve specific business targets and meet performance targets weekly/monthly/quarterly with high customer satisfaction.
• Provide accurate ongoing sales forecasting and ensure CRM data accuracy.
• Remove roadblocks and help the team resolve challenges to support sales opportunities.
• Conduct weekly performance reviews and coaching sessions with all team members.
• Analyze data, performance, and customer trends to develop strategic plays for client territories.
• Stay current on client services developments and market directions.
• Be a point of escalation for clients and respond promptly to issues.
• Maintain communications with the Sales Director and clients to foster relationships.
• Collaborate with client contact on reporting and forecasting.
• Ensure understanding to achieve operating plans and CPT targets.
• Coordinate with internal resources and partners to develop a coaching platform.
• Coordinate incentives and Sales Performance Incentive Funds.
• Build business relationships with partners to meet customer expectations.
• Work with teams to improve sales processes and customer experience.
• Lead team through buying/renewal processes to boost client satisfaction.
