Job summary

ECC International Inc in Makati is looking for a driven account manager to expand our client base and nurture existing accounts. You will generate new leads, set appointments with decision-makers, present our products and services, and close deals while building lasting relationships.

This hybrid role requires 3+ years in B2B sales, strong communication, CRM proficiency, and the ability to work across remote and in-person settings.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in B2B sales and account management.
• Ability to manage a sales pipeline, forecast, and drive deals to closure.
• Strong communication and stakeholder coordination across remote and in-person settings.

Responsibilities

• Develop a database of new qualified leads through cold calling, referrals, LinkedIn, articles, email, etc.
• Responsible for seeking and developing potential business opportunities/new accounts.
• Set meetings with business influencers and decision-makers to present our products/services.
• Prepare proposals matching client needs and track deals to closure.
• Initiate and build client relationships, handle daily requests, and anticipate needs.
• Meet quarterly and annual sales quotas.
• Maintain CRM with accurate customer, meeting, and pipeline information.
• Support marketing initiatives and identify process improvements.
