• Recruit, hire, and provide initial training for new sales staff on company products and sales procedures.
• Act as the primary point of contact for resolving escalated customer complaints and service issues.
• Monitor and manage the team’s sales pipeline and forecasting to ensure accuracy in performance tracking.
• Coordinate with the marketing department to align sales activities with promotional campaigns and business goals.
