A leading real estate firm in Cebu City is seeking a dynamic Sales Manager to lead a team of sales professionals. This role involves developing effective sales strategies, exceeding targets, and mentoring team members in a reputable real estate company. Candidates should have over 3 years in real estate sales, with a minimum of 2 years in a managerial capacity, and ideally possess a Real Estate Brokers License. Qualifications

We are seeking a highly motivated individual who will:

• Source, Recruit and Maintain the required manpower; five (5) to seven (7) Property Specialists throughout the contract
• Lead, coach, and inspire a team of Real Estate Sales Agents.
• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and surpass sales targets.
• Foster strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Drive sales performance through effective training and motivation.
• Supervise sales team to ensure monthly, quarterly, semi-annual and annual sales target and deliverables are met
