A leading real estate development firm is seeking a Sales Manager for their Bacolod team. The candidate will supervise the sales team, ensuring sales targets are met while also recruiting and maintaining a team of property consultants. We are looking for Sales Managers to join our Bacolod Inhouse sales team.

Qualifications

• Graduate of any 4-year course
• With more than 1 year of Real Estate Sales experience
• Minimum of 2 years managerial experience
• With a ready team of at least 3-6 real estate salesperson upon joining
• Must have a good understanding of the local real estate market
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Real Estate Brokers License is an advantage but not required

Responsibilities

• Supervise sales team to ensure monthly, quarterly, semi-annual and annual sales target and deliverables are met
• Source, Recruit and Maintain the required manpower; five (5) to six (6) Property Sales Consultants throughout the contract
• Develops & implement effective sales marketing strategies for the team
