• Bachelor's degree in business or related field.

• Proven track record in business development, lead generation, and account management.
• Strong knowledge of international freight forwarding, customs brokerage, transportation, warehousing, and supply chain solutions.
• Existing network of shippers, consignees, importers, exporters is an advantage.
• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Results-oriented with ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts.
• Willing to conduct field sales activities and client visits.
• Own vehicle preferred but not required.
