Job summary

LINKQUICK TRANS CARGO LOGISTICS in Metro Manila invites applications for a Sales role focusing on freight forwarding, customs brokerage, and logistics solutions. You will drive growth by acquiring new clients and managing existing accounts across air, sea, land freight, and related services.

The ideal candidate has a minimum of 2 years in sales within freight/logistics, strong negotiation skills, and willingness to conduct field visits to clients to close deals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Logistics or related field.
• Minimum 2 years sales experience in freight forwarding or logistics.
• Solid knowledge of import/export procedures and Incoterms.
• Proven track record of meeting sales targets and closing deals.

Responsibilities

• Identify and prospect new clients across importers, exporters, manufacturers, and distributors.
• Promote full range of services: freight forwarding, customs clearance, trucking, warehousing.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, rate packages; negotiate terms and close deals.
• Meet/exceed sales targets; maintain an active pipeline.
• Visit clients, present solutions, assess shipping needs, and offer cost-efficient logistics.
• Grow existing accounts; address service concerns and drive retention.
• Coordinate with operations for smooth service delivery and timely updates.
• Monitor market rates, competitor activities, and industry trends.
• Submit daily/weekly sales reports and pipeline updates.

About the role

Key responsibilities

• Identify and prospect new clients: importers, exporters, manufacturers, distributors, businesses with shipping needs
• Promote full range: freight forwarding, customs clearance, trucking/transport, warehousing, door-to-door delivery
• Prepare accurate quotations, proposals and rate packages; negotiate terms and close deals
• Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets; build and maintain active sales pipeline
• Visit clients, conduct presentations, assess shipping needs and offer cost-effective logistics solutions
• Maintain and grow existing accounts; resolve service concerns and ensure high customer retention
• Coordinate with operations team for smooth service delivery and timely updates
• Monitor market rates, competitor activities and industry trends
• Submit daily/weekly sales reports, pipeline updates and customer feedback

About you

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Logistics or related field
• Minimum 2 years sales experience in freight forwarding, brokerage, trucking or logistics — REQUIRED
• Solid knowledge of import/export procedures, Incoterms and logistics services
• Proven track record of hitting sales targets and closing deals
• Strong negotiation, presentation and relationship-building skills
• Proficient in MS Office; willing to do field/client visits
