Job summary

THE COOL PHILIPPINES, INC. is seeking a Sales Engineer to develop leads, qualify prospects, and manage sales projects to meet targets.

You will work with clients and engineers to determine system requirements, present value-based solutions, and build strong relationships. Ideal candidates have a mechanical or electrical engineering background with at least 2 years’ experience, strong English communication, and the ability to travel to client sites, including Las Piñas.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s/College Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in the related field, knowledge in air-conditioning is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop sales leads, qualify prospects, manage projects to meet targets.
• Attend pre-bid meetings with clients and engineers to assess requirements.
• Propose value-based solutions and present products/services to clients.
• Build and maintain client relationships and handle inquiries.
• Oversee project status, visit clients, report, and ensure receivables collection.
• Participate in trade shows and events to expand the sales network.
• Collaborate with all departments to achieve results.

Job description

• Develop sales leads, qualify prospects, manage sales projects to obtain commitment, and meet/exceed sales targets as established by the sales leadership.

• Attend pre-bid meeting and confer with clients and engineers to assess equipment and determine system requirements.

• Propose a value-based sales solution to meet client’s needs, and handle technical presentations explaining products / services to existing and prospective clients.

• Build and maintain professional relationship with all clients and stakeholders, provide customer service assistance to all their concerns and inquiries, and attend to clarificatory meetings.

• Be responsible with the project’s status, conduct regular client visits, prepare visitation report, and ensure prompt collection of accounts receivables.

• Participate in company and industry trade shows, conferences, and events to establish sales network.

• Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results, and establish effective working team relationship with all departments.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's/College Degree in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or equivalent

• Minimum of 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field, Knowledge in Air-conditioning is a plus.
