Job summary

Sigmatech Inc. in the Philippines is seeking a technically oriented sales support professional to collaborate with the Sales Team, understand customer requirements, and present X-Ray Fluorescence (XRF) equipment solutions.

You will demonstrate product knowledge, prepare specifications, and support field visits and customer interactions to help achieve sales objectives. The role also involves attending conferences, writing technical reports, and staying updated on market developments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a Chemical/Industrial science field.
• Ability to promote, sell, and provide technical support for XRF analytical equipment and related solutions.
• Plus points for at least 1 year in sales and a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Collaborates with Sales Team to understand customer requirement and provides technical sales support
• Demonstrates in-depth understanding of company products functions, features and benefits
• Provides technical specifications, configurations to existing and prospective customers
• Assists the Operations Director in leading, directing and motivating the sales team in order to achieve the overall corporate sales objectives
• Monitors competitor, market conditions and product developments
• Attends at conferences, exhibits, seminars, trade shows or other events to promote products and services
• Writes technical reports or papers; and prepares specifications and standards for products, facilities, processes and tests

About you

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, BS Chemistry, BS Chemical Technology, Biology, Environmental Science or other related industrial science courses
• Ability to promote, sell, and provide technical support for X-Ray Fluorescence (XRF) analytical equipment and related solutions
• Preferably with at least 1 year work experience in Sales
• Preferably with a valid driver's license and can drive manual car
• Strong interest in technical sales, laboratory equipment, or scientific applications
• Highly analytical, excellence driven and with positive work attitude
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in MS Office applications
• Willing to do fieldwork and client visits
