Responsibilities

• Call seller leads and follow up to build rapport and steer each conversation toward a deal
• Ask the right questions to learn each seller's situation, motivation, timeline, property condition, and price expectations
• Present offers and negotiate price and terms with confidence
• Handle objections professionally and guide sellers to a signed agreement
• Keep following up with leads who aren't ready to sell yet so no opportunity slips away
• Record every call, note, offer, and deal stage accurately in Salesforce
• Research property and seller information with online tools before and during calls
• Work toward daily and weekly targets and report on your progress
• Work with the team to hand off signed deals and keep them progressing

On the other end of every seller call will be a driven Acquisitions Closer, someone who speaks with property sellers, negotiates the right deal, and gets agreements signed. You will work leads through to a close, track every conversation in Salesforce, and push toward clear daily and weekly targets. A confident phone negotiator with a positive, results-driven mindset and the listening skills to grasp what each seller really needs is the ideal fit.

• Familiarity with property research tools and basic property valuation (comps)
• Adept at dividing your focus across a high volume of leads and follow-ups and finishing each on time
