Responsibilities

• Call and follow up with seller leads to build rapport and steer each conversation toward a deal
• Ask the right questions to learn each seller's situation, motivation, timeline, property condition, and price expectations
• Present offers and negotiate price and terms with confidence
• Handle objections professionally and guide sellers toward a signed agreement
• Keep following up with leads who are not yet ready to sell so no opportunity is lost
• Log every call, note, offer, and deal stage accurately in Salesforce
• Use online tools to research property and seller information before and during calls
• Work toward daily and weekly targets and report on them
• Team up with colleagues to hand off signed deals and keep them moving forward

Talking with property sellers, negotiating the right deal, and getting agreements signed will be the daily work of a driven Acquisitions Closer. You will work leads through to a close, track every conversation in Salesforce, and push toward clear daily and weekly targets. A confident phone negotiator with a positive, results-driven mindset and the listening skills to understand what each seller really needs is the ideal fit.

• Familiarity with property research tools and basic property valuation (comps)
• Able to carry a high volume of leads and follow-ups forward at once without a dip in quality
